Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer located onsite in Noida, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This position involves working with modern technologies to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. You will be instrumental in developing new features, maintaining existing systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and the Django framework.
• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces leveraging React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Architect and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL to support application functionality and scale.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application capabilities and data flows.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues across the full stack to improve user experience.
• Manage code changes effectively using Git for version control, branching, and merging strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and documentation.

What we need

• Demonstrable experience developing and deploying web applications using Python and the Django framework for backend services.
• Proven ability to build modern, interactive front-end applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in designing, managing, and optimizing relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful API design, development, and consumption.
• Strong command of Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests in a team environment.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the entire application stack.
• A track record of effectively debugging and resolving complex technical issues in production environments.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced development team.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications and database queries.
• Familiarity with web security principles and best practices to build secure systems.

• Within six months, you will have successfully contributed to the development and deployment of at least two significant new features, demonstrating ownership from concept to production.
• By the end of your first year, you will have optimized key database queries or application components, measurably improving system performance or reliability.
• You will consistently deliver high-quality, well-tested code, actively participating in code reviews and contributing to the overall technical quality of the team's output.
• You will be a trusted contributor, proactively identifying areas for improvement in our existing systems and proposing effective solutions.
